The Highview Community Festival presented by ValuMarket celebrates the community of Highview in southern part of Metro Louisville.
Established in 2001, the Highview Community Festival takes place in the ValuMarket Outer Loop parking lot.

Highlights of the event are informational booths from the Louisville Free Public Library, Highview Fire Department, Metro Louisville Police, area ministries, voter registration and many others. 2005's festival also saw the introduction of an open forum with Metro Louisville Councilman James Peden. Activities include inflatable bouncys for the kids, watermelon eating and Oreo cookie stacking contests, dance and karate presentations and delicious food.

2006 introduced a parade and car-show.
